: There was mold on the curtains, in the coffee pot, in the picture on the wall. The banister was loose. We had to change rooms because of mold and there was still mold in the second room. The first room didn’t have a smoke alarm, just wires hanging out. The second room we couldn’t use the microwave because anything more than 10 seconds shorted the fuse to half the room. Very very unpleasant. Asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t do anything about it, go through booking.

: The room was nasty and out dated had to switch room cause the 1st was horrible asked for a refund I was told call booking.com but I wouldn't get a refund. The shower water was cold and sink had hot water.
